So the video below really inspired me to write this blog about loving yourself. First of all, honey, you are all you got! Believe that! If you don’t love yourself, then you can’t expect others to do so. The video below pokes fun at the fact that most pictures of celebrities on billboards and magazine covers are PHOTOSHOPPED. I think all of us know this but it’s nice to be reminded that NO ONE is perfect! The fact that publishers photoshop every celebrity to make them look “perfect” and “superhuman” is just so unfair to all of us who get bomboarded with all these images! They cause us to have unrealistic expectations of ourselves, because again, we are all human and we are all beautiful! And the video below is proof in the puddin’!
More importantly, loving ourselves makes everything else easier. It makes us more confident, happier, and more brave so we can put ourselves out there and go after our dreams… And of course it makes us more attractive to the opposite sex! Additionally, loving yourself makes you more beautiful because beauty really does begin from the inside. So my lovely Goddesses, it’s about time you gave yourself some well-deserved lovin’!
